STUDIO POLICY

• WE DO NOT OFFER PIERCINGS, TATTOOS ONLY.

  1. We reserve the right to refuse anyone service with a valid reason.

  2. We will not tattoo you if you are/have:

  • Under 18 years of age.

  • Pregnant/think you may be pregnant.

  • Breastfeeding.

  • Under the influence of drugs/alcohol.

  • Communicable disease.

  • Experiencing a sunburn.

  • Any skin condition that may interfere with the tattoo and healing process.

  • Experiencing a medical condition that may affect the tattoo and healing process.

  • On a medication that may affect the tattoo and healing process.

  3. We do not tattoo anyone under 18 years of age; not even with guardian consent.

  4. Face tattoos require an in-person consultation prior to booking.

  5. Cancellations/Changes must be made at least (72) hours prior to appointment.

• If you are more than 30 min. late for your appointment, the appointment will be considered a no-show and the deposit   will be forfeited.

• All booked appointments require a non-refundable deposit. Walk-ins are on first come, first serve basis.

• Deposits are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable.

• No major changes are allowed for design/concept after consultation, deposit and appointment has been made.

• Consultations are complimentary.

• In case the tattoo needs a touch up after the healing process, 1 free touch-up will be offered within 6 months of the initial appointment. In case of the tattoo needing a touch-up due to client’s negligence, or outside the 6 month time-frame from initial appointment, price will be quoted based on the size of tattoo/extent of touch up. Free touch-ups are not offered for fingers, hands, neck, face, toes, feet, elbows or knees.

• All sales are final for all aftercare. No returns or exchanges. Services are 100% non-refundable.

• Gift cards are not-refundable and not returnable. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.

• We accept cash, debit & Mastercard (Mastercard has an additional 2.4% processing fee; no VISA or AMEX).
